Prosperity Integration, Inc. was founded on September 1996 with the purpose of business in joint ventures, technology transfer/licensing, sales/marketing, R&D, company acquisition, and integration of the production systems.  We have a pool of seasoned managers, sales managers, engineers, chemists, physicists, lawyers, accountants, etc. who excel in their fields to provide the highest level of services.  All are dedicated to meeting customers' needs in every challenge.

Prosperity Integration is currently representing, distributing or coordinating joint ventures in the production of a number of products in the areas of nanotechnology, (optical) electronic devices/products, LCD/PCB/IC equipment/materials, specialty chemicals/materials, and the other miscellaneous consumer products.

Our company is located at the suburb of Dallas, Texas.  Dallas is well located for the world-wide market.  It has a major international airport and has direct flight to most of the large cities. The city also has convenient access to the interstate highways.  Dallas and its suburb are also the home of many large corporations.
