Air Bag Fixture Mating Oven
This oven is designed for the after-mating curing process. Using air
bags to keep the glass flat and cell gap uniform, it has two built-in air-bag
tray holding frames. Individual compressed air controllers make air bag
pressure constant and stable. Twelve (1.2KW each) heating elements and
a built-in water cooling system improve oven temperature control power.
Programmable temperature controllers make it easy for an engineer to set
the curing process. Eight temperature test points improve control
accuracy and uniformity.
Maximum loading capacity is 60 pairs of glass; minimum loading capacity
is 10 pairs of glass.
